What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior request, always subject to availability and at a cost.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

For the convenience of our guests, we offer this service both at check-in and check-out. Currently, we do not have a courtesy room at our facilities; however, you can leave your luggage with us and enjoy the day without worries.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

The reservation is guaranteed with a deposit of one night at the time of confirmation, refundable if canceled within the cancellation policy. The final bill for the reservation must be paid by credit card or in cash at the property (in accordance with Spanish payment law).

This reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date, by 2:00 PM. If the reservation is canceled after this period, the deposit for the first night will be forfeited.

In case of no-show, the deposit for the first night will be forfeited.
Early departure: the total amount will be charged.

If you choose the promotional rate, the full deposit amount must be paid at the time of confirmation, and this payment is non-refundable. No changes or cancellations are allowed.

Are there internet access options (Wi-Fi) in the hotel?

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi connection throughout its facilities.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?

You can pay with credit or debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also offer the option to pay in cash during your stay. For your convenience, we recommend using a card if you prefer a faster and more secure process, especially to avoid the need to carry large amounts of cash. However, if you prefer to pay in cash, this is also entirely possible but please note that payments over 1,000 euros, or its equivalent in foreign currency, are prohibited, according to Law 11/2021.

What is the hotel’s security policy?

We have a security camera system in all common areas of the property.

Does the hotel offer airport shuttle service?

Yes, we offer private transportation service between the airport and the hotel, available upon prior reservation. For more information, please contact our team at info@mikasaibiza.com.

Does the hotel have a parking lot, is it free of charge or is there an additional cost?

It is possible to park in the immediate vicinity free of charge. The hotel does not have private parking, but you can choose to park in the marina, where there is private parking with an hourly cost.

Is it possible to rent a car through the hotel?

The hotel offers a car rental service, as well as a variety of options, services, and activities to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. What are the tourist attractions close by the hotel?

MIKASA has a privileged location overlooking the old town, just 2 min walk from the fine sandy beach of Talamanca where you will find different places to eat. A 15 min walk away you will find the shopping area and the famous castle of d’alt vila and the port with its charm more 

Does the hotel have a swimming pool or gym?

You can request with our concierge service any external activity such as yoga classes, personal trainer, bicycle rental service, etc., since, being a boutique hotel, we do not have such facilities. Likewise, in our panoramic terrace you can do individual or group workouts.

Does the hotel have common areas such as a lounge or terrace?

The property has a lounge where you can enjoy breakfast or any drink while taking in the beautiful sea views. Additionally, on the upper floor, we have a terrace, ideal for working on your laptop, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying one of our cocktails, all with views of Ibiza Castle. It’s the perfect place to unwind!

Do you offer breakfast at the hotel?

We offer breakfast from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at a cost of 18€/person. You can choose between a buffet breakfast or à la carte, according to your preference.

Does the hotel offer options for people with allergies or special dietary needs?

We are a vegan-flexible property and offer options to accommodate your dietary needs. Additionally, at breakfast, we will also have eggs in different versions for those who prefer this alternative. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can ensure we provide what you need.

Is room service available?

If you need any specific items or services during your stay, you can contact the reception via WhatsApp. Our team will do its best to accommodate your needs as much as possible.

Does the hotel have accessibility for people with reduced mobility?

Currently, we do not have adapted rooms or accessible services for people with reduced mobility. Access to all facilities is via stairs.

Does the hotel offer access to medical services or first aid?

Yes, the hotel has an established protocol in case of medical emergencies. We have a doctor available for home visits to attend to any urgent needs. Additionally, if necessary, a medical center is located just a 10-minute walk from the property.

Does the hotel offer laundry services?

If you need this service, you can contact reception as we offer an external laundry service for an additional cost. For more information, feel free to contact the hotel directly.

Can I request an extra bed or a baby crib?

Our rooms are all double rooms, if you need to add a third person, please contact our reservations department at booking@mikasaibiza.com.

Does the hotel have policies for children?

Our hotel policy does not allow minors (18 years old) in the accommodation.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Please be informed that, due to hotel policies, pets are not allowed on the premises. We appreciate your understanding.

Does the hotel have rooms with panoramic or special views?

Each room at the Mikasa Hotel has a particularity that makes it unique, which is why only some of them have a terrace and/or exclusive views of the Castle of Ibiza and the port. Being a small hotel, with 16 rooms, the availability of these options is limited. Do not hesitate to make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure your stay.

Do the rooms have a minibar?

The rooms do not have a minibar, but we offer all beverages a la carte. If you need to store medication or anything else that requires refrigeration, we will be happy to help you.

Do the rooms have a safe?

Most of the rooms have a safe. Please check with reception for more information.

Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?

All of our rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort during your stay.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are smoke-free; smoking is only permitted outside.

Do you offer cleaning services during my stay?

Room cleaning is done every day. Linen and towels are changed every two days.
